Warranty & Returns

  1. Warranty Period: All parts come with a 28-day warranty from the date of purchase.

  2. Qualified Installation: Parts must be installed by a qualified mechanic, and the installation invoice must be retained as proof.

  3. Inspection & Faulty/Non-Compatible Items: You have 7 days from receiving the item to inspect it. If the item is faulty or incompatible, you must contact us within this period to arrange a replacement.

  4. Proof of Incorrect Supply: Customers must provide clear photos to confirm that the wrong item was supplied for us to accept liability.

  5. No Liability for Labor or Delivery Costs: We do not cover any labor, fitting, or delivery costs incurred.

  6. Exchange Items: For items sold on an exchange basis, the exchange unit must be returned within 30 days. Failure to return it will result in your warranty being voided, and a surcharge will be applied.

  7. Body Panels & Damage: We do not accept liability for damaged or unchecked body panels once received. Any agreement regarding body panel condition must be confirmed via email before purchase.

  8. Modifications & Warranty: Any modifications to our parts must be pre-approved in writing (via email). Unauthorized modifications will void the warranty.

  9. Return of Unwanted Parts: Returns of unwanted parts are accepted at the discretion of the proprietors, and a 20% handling fee will apply.

  10. Tampering: All parts are tested before dispatch. If a part is found to be tampered with, the warranty will be void.

  11. Refunds could take up to 7 Days to process after we recieve the item.

  12. If the wrong part is ordered, we may allow an exchange without deducting the 20% handling fee.
