Warranty & Returns
We take pride in supplying quality parts and aim to ensure that every order is handled fairly and professionally. All parts are supplied subject to the terms below, which set out our warranty requirements, return and exchange conditions, and responsibilities regarding installation, modifications, and body panels. Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or installing any part.
Warranty & Installation
All parts come with a 28-day warranty from the date of purchase. Parts must be installed by a qualified mechanic, and the installation invoice must be retained as proof. Customers have 7 days from receiving the item to inspect it and must contact us within this period if the item is faulty or incompatible. Clear photographs may be required to confirm if the wrong item was supplied before liability can be accepted. We do not cover labour, fitting, installation, removal, delivery, or any other associated costs arising from a warranty claim or replacement.
Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
For items supplied on an exchange basis, the exchange unit must be returned within 30 days. Failure to return the exchange unit within this period will result in the warranty being void and a surcharge being applied. Returns of unwanted parts are accepted at our discretion and, where accepted, are subject to a 30% handling fee. If the wrong part is ordered by the customer, we may, at our discretion, offer an exchange subject to the same 30% handling fee. Refunds may take up to 7 days to process after the returned item has been received.
Body Panels, Modifications & Tampering
We do not accept liability for damaged or unchecked body panels once they have been received. Any agreement regarding the condition of body panels must be confirmed by email before purchase. Any modifications to our parts must be approved in writing by email before being carried out. Unauthorised modifications will void the warranty. All parts are tested before dispatch, and if a part is found to have been tampered with, altered, or modified without prior approval, the warranty will be void.
